Farewell Grant.

An amount equal to last basic pay is awarded to a government servant at the time of superannuation/ retirement on qualifying service/ invalided retirement.

Farewell grant is also admissible to the family of a government servant who dies during service, which qualifies him/ her for pension.

 

Application for the farewell grant should be made within 3 years of superannuation, retirement on qualifying service, invalid retirement or death during service, through the parent’s office, to the concerned Benevolent Fund Board.

  1. Dear Sirs.Assalam o Alaikum.Thanking for giving valuable information.I m retired from service on 17 April 2017.I have applied which was received at PBF Lahore on 16 June 2017. I went Office Nov 2017.and was informed about 2000 cases for approval are under process.Since then I am suffering for treatment and surgeory of Diabetic Foot unable for journey.Kindly help me .Please inform me Phone no where I contact.
