According to the details, the Balochistan government has decided to introduce a new pension scheme.
In this regard, the provincial finance department officials said that this scheme will be for new employees recruited in the province.
Under the scheme, the pension amount of the employees will be deducted from their salary every month and an amount equal to this amount will also be given by the provincial government.
The monthly deposit will be given to the employee on retirement, the scheme will not be applicable to existing employees already recruited.
According to the finance department officials, the scheme for the employees will be announced in the provincial budget of the next financial year.
